King of Pop Passes On
The World has lost its greatest entertainer. Michael Jackson was rushed to a UCLA emergency room due to cardiac arrest. Paramedics arrived at Michael's home where he was found not breathing. After being rushed to the E.R, Jackson fell into a comma. Hours later Micheal Joseph Jackson at the age of 50, passed away. Michael Jackson's life was one of extraordinary achievement, one that touched many, and inspired others at the same time. From Off the Wall to Invincible, Michael's career is one that we may never see the likes of again. His greatest musical achievement, Thriller(1982), became the best selling album of all time. Generations of Americans will always remember him for his silky voice, gravity defying moves, and childlike innocence. On this day. June 25, 2009, the world lost its greatest entertainer.
Shaq Heading to Clevland
While the world was sleeping, the Phoenix Suns traded Center Shaquille O'Neal to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Forwards Ben Wallace and Aleksandar Pavlović. Shaq will give the Cavs a much need presence in the low post, that was completely exposed by the Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic in the 2009 Eastern Conference Finals. Shaq will join LeBron James in the hopes of bringing a chapionship to Cleveland in 2010.
